Reservation Rules for Shared Instruments (Managed by the Teaching Assistant Office) 

Rules:

1. Before reserving a shared instrument, check the calendar below to see if your desired time slot is available. If multiple users reserve the same time slot, priority will be given to the earliest submitted request.

2. Reservation records will be updated before 10:00 a.m., Monday to Friday (no updates on national holidays). After making a reservation, please be sure to check the result after 10:00 a.m. the following day.

3. This reservation system is only available to users of the College of Life Sciences and Medicine who hold a valid license.

4. To cancel, please email your cancellation details at least three days in advance of the reservation date. Late cancellations or no-shows will be recorded as one violation.

5. Q-PCR reservation slots begin at 8:00 a.m.,with each slot lasting three hours.
